SHODDY WORKMANSHIP NOT BACKED UP

The oven bottom element needed replacing . They sent out a person to supply and install an element. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. Within 6 months the oven tripped the circuit whenever the oven was switched on. On complaining was told " WE DO NOT WARRANTY WORKMANSHIP AT ALL" The element was not secured and hence shorted on casing. 2 *****s later all working. WONT USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!
