Shocking service

I have had the most shocking service from this company. They took my washing machine away and then went quiet. Their phone lines were broken for a full week. No-one bothered to phone to explain what was going on and I had no way to contact them. Eventually I found an email address and was sent a quote. The quote was sent with no explanation. I emailed back and told them to go ahead. One week later I phoned to find out what was happening as was told they were waiting for full payment before they would order the part. At no point was this indicated to me in their quote. I then paid and had to wait a week for the part. Finally it was fixed and was to be delivered on Friday and someone needed to be at home all day to receive it. By lunchtime there was no washing machine. I phoned and was very rudely told to be patient it was coming. It is now Monday lunchtime and still no washing machine!!!! I will NEVER use this company again and will ensure everyone I know does the same.
