Quoted one price for repair and on collection give

I took my microwave in to be repaired and was given a quote to get it repaired. A few days later I phoned to find out how long it would take and was told that the wrong fan had been sent and they needed to get two other parts for it,but it had to be ordered as there were no parts in the country. Again I phoned and was told the new price was around R430. And I agreed to this. 6 weeks later I was phoned and told the microwave was ready for collection. When I arrived I was told I owed them around R700 and something. When I queried this they said no the rest is for labour. This was the first I had heard of a separate labour charge. <br> Certainly won't go back and would never recommend to anyone
