Poor service

The worst company to be referred to by Bosch. I have been waiting for them to fix my tumble dryer and its stories after stories. After I asked them if they will be coming to collect the machine and they said no. They will fix it at my house. They called saying they will come collect because it needs to be fixed at their warehouse. Now they keep changing dates of collection.
