Poor customer and repair service

Poor customer service when it comes to repairs. Our unit kept coming back to us with the same fault and each time they would replace a different part. We ended up spending over R5000 for a repair that never got resolved on our washing machine. We asked for a discount on a new machine and they were not willing to compromise even a bit. They were very slow to communicate with us, unless we initiated the contact. I don’t have any faith in their repair service and will not be using them again.
