Disgusting service

Shame on you CHA. I took in a bottom element from my stove which needed to be replaced. Only one vague return phone call from someone called Sebastian and from then on total disrespect, bad manners and blatant lies from him. <br> After 3 weeks, I went in and picked up and paid for the part (Sebastain disappeared the moment he saw me - had to go to the Doctor - yeah right). It was still not right, even thought they had my sample and photos that I had taken. Fortunately there are other small companies that do care about their customers and I was able to get the faulty element fixed.<br> Luckily there are platforms like this to warn others.<br> <br>
