Claremont Home Appliances Poor Service and Failure to Care for Customers!

Service received from this company is terrible! I can guarantee I will never use them again. Been trying to get parts for a Bosch mixer for 45 days now, and each week consultants tell me the parts are coming next week. They clearly do not care for the customer and they just try get rid of the client on the phone as soon as possible by feeding them false information. There is no proactive follow up with suppliers to ensure correct information is given to clients and to ensure accurate dates are given for product arrivals. Bad attitude from employees over the phone who have no care in the world. Useless company and staff!
