Claremont home appliances - NEVER again

I wish I reviewed Hello Peter before embarking on this miserable journey leaving me without a washing machine for two weeks and no clear way on what needs to happen.

Their service technician came to our house to fix our LG washing machine two weeks ago. The technician then struggled to loosen the pulsator and drilled holes in it to get it loose. He uplifted the machine without supplying a written quotation. I followed up with daily phone calls and more than a week later was informed telephonically that I have to pay the call out fee and that is the reason they haven't sent me any feedback yet. I have subsequently been told that they need to replace the gearbox and the pulsator because they couldn't get the pulsator off. This is almost the cost of a new washing machine and I still haven't received a quotation by email. During this time I have spent hundreds on laundromat costs, wanted airtime and time to follow up on what should have been a simple process.

Their service sucks, their communication is non existent and their lack of understanding has proven that I should have rather called the LG technician who previously drive through from the Northern suburbs!
