Claremont home appliances disregard a customer

I otdered a fridge gasket 0n the 03May 2024, had to pay upfront and said it will take one week. After 3 weeks went to go and collect but not there they checked my slip and sait it would be ready last Tuesday. Arrived today still nothing. I demanded compensation for my traveling there for nothing... They demanded I take a refund and leave the store as I was verbally airing my dissatifaction. So I actually loaned them money for free and no appoligies or satisfactory recourse. 04th June 2024 no gasket after 1 month
