Atrocious, appalling, awful, dreadful, ghastly, grisly, hideous, **********, horrible, lurid, macabre, shocking, terrible service

Would also not have minded if I could give a 'less-than-1-star' rating... Ordered a part for my Samsung washing machine 6 weeks ago, today. Was promised 2-4 days delivery, then the riots happened, but that all stopped 5 weeks ago. NO communication from Claremont Home appliance, even when they promise to call you back. I'm at my wit's end. Sent 2 e-mails to request a refund, have not even had a response to that. This morning they're not even answering their phones...
