Absolutely useless, 1 month now without an oven

We have been waiting for a part to fix our oven to arrive that we paid for and ordered on 10th July. Over a month ago! With no working oven! No updates, everytime we phone them it is some story, it was coming from Ladismith, then it is a problem with the strike, the strike was only last week, these people are lying! Phoned again today, told to wait til next week. Utterly useless, avoid like the plague.
