Job vs favour

Terrible service...Over the past year I have had to deal with these horrible ladies three times, and every time I leave there or put the phone down with nothing but rage in my heart. The service is absolutely shocking, wish they could see that we go there because the shop has parts that we need, not because they are doing us a favour. Its a shame cause the shop generally has what you need but I would rather drive 100km than support that place again.
