stupid fitment centre

I too used Claremont fitment centre. I wanted bluetooth installed in my car and yes I went back twice while in the area. Gave my cell number twice. Nobody got back to me. Why,I don't know. Hopeless receptionist who doesn't know what a customer is and when to return a call and let the customer know. Oh well,they've just lost another customer. There are two places I can go who will hopefully give me better service. I simply wont go there again. I go past them often and simply drive on.
