Claremont Fitment - Contents of vehicle gone missing while in the dealer's possesion

I had and am still having a very bad experience with Claremont Fitment regarding property of mine, to the value of R 3200, that went missing out of my car while in possession of the dealership. Instead of assisting me in finding out what exactly happened, they maintained that it was not the fault of any of their employees. I also spent weeks trying to get some sort of feedback out of them. Unanswered emails and text messages to Management. Weeks turned into months. The manager promised to review the camera footage, this never materalised. I was asked to give them time to review, I did, after a month and a half of texting after him, I get a call - only to hear that no action was taken or attention given to my issue at all. They refuse to take responsibility for my property that went missing while my vehicle was in their possession.
