Money not paid

I requested copies of payment from Claremart Auctions for money I put down as a bid and it was not successful And two days ago I requested proof of payment again and payment from them for an auction held on the 30 may 2018 and nobody has informed me as to whether my offers were accepted or rejected when they should have informed me 7 days after the auction and none of this has happened to date and they still have over R14 000.00 of mine from the auction on 30 may 2018.
