None delivery. Pathetic service

I called the owner Claudio of CLAPSA and asked whether he was willing to do silk screening onto 2 diaries seeing that its a small order, he accepted. I delivered the diaries to him on 28/01/2019 and he said that they would be done by 29/01/2019. He has been avoiding my calls and messages and my bosses calles and messages. Why? Only he would know. I called and called probably 80 times and messaged. We went waiting outside his premises and nothing. Is this how you handle client when you can't deliver? He is a ***ard by not taking calls and explaining why you couldn't deliver. Once he answered in error and when he realised it was me, he kept quiet whilst keeping the call running. I have lost my client (my bread and butter) because of him and he continues as if nothing matters. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! They over promise and under deliver
