******* overcharging on wheel clamping

I popped into an office in Technopark- where there is always a shortage of parking. When I came out my wheel had been clamped. I didn't find any signs. I called and waited an hour and 20min for the person to unclamp my wheel. They wouldn't unclamp my wheel till they saw I had R300.00. I phoned may times explaining that I was late to fetch my child who at the time was crying at the school gate. I was treated with such disrespect. Later that day I drove back to look for a sign- found it right in the beginning of the complex almost wher nobody stops. The sign said R250 clamping fee. I have been asking every day for a refund, but find that my sms' and calls are being ignored. I just feel that it is the principal behind it. Having such attitude - making people wait almost 1.5 hours and still overcharging the client, is just not on.
