Disappointed by Clairz Maponya mall

Had a very bad experience on Friday the 5th of August at Maponya mall Clairz. I was almost locked inside the shop i guess iwas the last customer in the shop.

While at the fitting room, when i came out the staff was already walking out the shop. I ask why is this happening one staff member said you were supposed to be out the shop long ago, the other one ask if i want to buy, she then switched on the machine for me to pay.

Im so disappointed and in disbelieve of what actually happened. To think that i would have been stuck in the shop...

I loved the clothes i saw in the shop, im not sure whats gonna happen should i see your employees again.
