STALE/MOULDY CAKES

Hi I have a convenient Store in Chamberlain Road, Jacobs, Durban. I order various fresh cakes(so I thought) daily (Moday to Friday)from Clairwood Bakeries in Sidar Road, Clairwood, and have been ordering from them for the past 2.5 years.They get delivered to me at about 6: 30am. I recently noticed that the cakes are not fresh anymore and brought this to the attention of the delivery driver. The cakes are sealed in plastic but do not have a manufacture or sell by date sticker attached. On Tuesday 2nd October I noticed that some of the cakes that was deliverd the previous day which was now 1 day old had bacteria & mould all around the cakes. I showed the cakes to the driver and he asked me to contact the owner, Sydney. After speaking to Sydney I realised that he was the most arrogant, rude and selfish businessman I have had to deal with. He refused to accept that the cakes were rotten and said to me that I should find someone else to buy cakes from. I want to warn everyone about doing business with this man who refuses to listen to his customers complaints. We, the customers that keeps him in business are being sold stale, mouldy, rotten cakes and in effect we are being ****** and our customers are being ******. I did take pictures of the mouldy cakes in the presence of his driver as proof of what he is selling. I will be contacting the health authorities to conduct an inspection on his Bakery.
