Congratulations to the lovely ladies who attended to our every need!

Today we took baby to Pavillion Claire's to get her ears pierced. The two lovely ladies, Lihle & Chantel were very helpful and made baby feel comfortable and at ease. They explained the procedure properly to us, including the sterilizing process for safety reasons. And they were so gentle with baby as well. They explained how to look after the ears and what to do if it comes off accidentally. And actually carried baby afterwards as well. In fact baby recovered literally within seconds of the "trauma" of the new experience. We were all most impressed and must compliment Claires for training their staff so well. That aside, we also enjoyed the buy 2 get 2 free on all other products in the shop. All said and done: Claire's you rock! And to be specific: Claire's Pavillion Branch you are stars! And most importantly of all we salute Lihle & Chantel for your patience, love, attention and passion for what you do! Your advice was so appreciated! I'm so glad we made the right choice!
