<p>CLAIREFORT LODGE STAFF/MANAGEMENT ARE *******!!!!!</p> <p>Just incase you looking to book into CLAIREFORT LODGE in white river.....i would reconsider if i were you.<br />I had booked the place a birthday party for the 17th SEPTEMBER 2016 and in the early hours at about half 3 am as we were leaving after all the guess were gone i forgot my stuff(laptop bag,cables,charger nd a tablet in the bag) there by mistake and instead of the staff keeping it safe for me they stole it and denied i left it behind.<br />When i went back the next day i asked to see their footage nd they told me that their cameras were not working,i asked for the owners number and they refused to give me after along time arfument they finally gave me the numver. How can u host over a 100 ppl when your cameras dont work?<br />I spoke to the owner the next day and she said that she would interview each of them and find out what happend there after she told me that they all said they did not see my laptop bag. Mind u i was da lst to leave nd my laptop was still there bfre i left nd the 3 staff guys stayed behind. The guy who managers the place BEN kept on laughing as i was tellin them that i left my laptop bag behind and i know they were the lst there so the must have it. How do u laugh at a customer/client when they laying a complain?</p> <p>I mean whre is da owner taking responsibility here, why cant she pay for my things and deduct from their salary like whre is da action? All she said was "they all say they did not see a laptop bag!"</p> <p>I had a bad experience and never will i ever go back to this lodge ever again. I cant work with people who u pay them then they go and ***** from you 20grand worth of things. they even made me pay some money via eft nd told me to pay the rest cash like wher have u seem such happen?</p> <p>Before you want to book at CLAIREFORT LODGE think again its very shady business.......</p>
