Submitted an illness claim online in January 2026, application was rejected because of incorrect medical certificate. I was then given a correct form to submit to my doctors, which I did. I returned the form and had to wait for25 days while the claim was being processed. It was rejected again and there was no reason provided. I kept on calling as they were not communicating with me at all. I unfortunately could not go the a physical branch as I was on Chemotherapy when I did my claim so I re**** on emails and phone calls. I was finally able to go to a branch in August. When I got there, the gentleman who was assisting kept on complaining that illness clams are long and difficult to capture, that I was suppose to have gone there in the morning, mind you the time was 11 am. He told me his brain was too tired for the amount of work needed. He then informed me that my medical report was incorrect. My medical report stated the from the time I began chemo and until my last treatment which was in April
