System not working and lack of support

Card activation sms doesn't work. Multiple attempta failed. Called the helpline which mostly don't answer. Eventually reached somebody that said she will activate the card. This didn't work again. Now over the weekend there is no assistance as they are closed and I needed to get a new phone. Terrible service. Insurance should just pay out the money as this card is absolutely just a headache and unnecessary annoyance. Stay clear of using this if you can.
