ClaimsCard not adhering to C19 lock-down

This company charged me a dormancy fee for not using their card for the March, April, May and June periods of this year while we were in State of Covid19 lock-down. Obviously I adhered to the President's request to limit any purchases to emergency only and my local SPAR is not on the ClaimsCard reseller list, thus I could not use the card.
