Compensation claim

On 2019-08-15 I consulted above mentioned company for assistance and paid the consultation fee. I phoned many time to ask about this matter, with answer they will let me know. It is now nearly 3 years with any answer, no e-mail, letter or sms regarding this matter. On 2022-02-28 they gave me an answer that they will came back to me in 72 hours, up to date nothing. Can you please assist me.
