No response for Claim

I have logged a tire claim with the claim expert in August 2018, to date I have not received feedback from them. I kept following up and the response was that they were still waiting as well. And recently the emails I send bounce back that there is a permanent error I don't understand what that means.

I am very frustrated I don't know whether this will be settled or not.
