Claim

I am very disappointed with Old mutual, my uncle passed on 2023 we did a claim we found out that he did not have the Beneficiary, well I went to court to do a letter of authority went back to them they did all the investigations last year which is 2024 they called to come to Mutual park they asked what ever they wanted to ask, after that they went to my other uncle with police did the investigation and they told him that the claim has been approved we must wait for 2weeks for the money until today, I did emailed the guy that called at Mutual park last week Monday he asked for the policy number i gave him he never responded back, the sad part is that we borrowed money from the Bank for my uncles Funeral and now they don't want to pay I am so Disappointed I wouldn't recommend anyone to open a policy with Old Mutual it's a ****
