Very disappointed with Assupol claims department 😡

I submitted a funeral claim last week Wednesday and no communication from asspol.I called them Saturday morning and I was told the claim is not registered but they see the documents and the lady will attend to it. Monday afternoon I made another call to check how far is my claim since the funeral will be on Thursday, only then the lady started to register the claim. And I never received any communication from them to acknowledge the registration. Again today I called them, and I was told it is registered but is not yet on payment stage. I've never been this frustrated!! I don't know what do do anymore. When I check their portal, it says "no claims found". I took the policy to be stress free during this trying time, but now I am stressed to the maximum, to think I have 4 policies with drives me nuts!!😡😡😭😭
