NO SERVICE AT ALL

They just do not want to help at all I have been sending documents since 26 October not once but more than five time and I even made phone calls with no success. Today I received and email stating that they are closing my query due to no documents submitted which is shocking because yesterday I even called an agent to confirm some information.
