My claim is for car keys that is damaged and was rebuilt by a locksmith

My claim is for car keys that is damaged and was rebuilt by a locksmith. I submitted Locksmith invoice. I received a message from Mvuyisi Mzukwa telling me that he cannot finalise my claim because not all documents are submitted. I was a bit cross as I have sent invoice to prove that that service has been done by Locksmith. Mvuyisi explained to me that I should supply him with the Damage report from the Locksmith; and explain to me what should be reported. I contacted the Locksmith and they forwarded that report. Mvuyisi acknowledged receipt of all required documents. I am now happy; and waiting for the money.
