Awesome customer service from Mahlatse!

I personally had such an amazing experience with a young, patient lady named Mahlatse at World Wide Advisory with my Telkom device insurance claim. Mahlatse is impeccable! She went above and beyond to reassure me, communicate with me, understand the confusion caused by the claims made and further rectified the mess created. Mind you, she did not cause the mess or confusion, but still rectified it. I am so impressed by her. I believe that one should give flowers where they are due and in this case, Mahlatse is definitely deserving of her flowers!
