Claim not processed

I've registered a third party claim on the 12 September 2017, referred no 17/030/00767 for the accident happened on the 22/08/2017, till today the claim has not been approved, when I call them, they 1st told me that it went for approval, the manager is not available, I must call after 2 weeks, just imagine... when I call after that 2 weeks, (biggining of October) they told me they are waiting for drivers license, even today they are still waiting for the drivers license, the claim is still not approved.
