"Claim UIF Now" : Do Not Ever Use These Guys !!! You've Been Warned !!!

The "service" that this "company" or person "Cindy" delivers is worse than shocking. They take your money (+- R850-00) upfront and then very quickly disappear. In the 6 months since I paid them the only thing they did was register my claim with the Department Of Labour.

E-Mails to them for updates get the standard "Please give us 48 hours to respond to emails" automated reply. But guess what ......... 48 hours can come and go many times over and you will still not have had any reply. Leaving a message, with someone who cannot help you with your query, to phone you back when you do manage to get through to their phone line has the exact same result. ie. Deathly silence !!!

Every time I phoned the Department Of Labour to get a progress report (expect to wait +- 30 minutes on hold if you are lucky) I was told that they did not have my UI-19 documents, despite me having forwarded them many, many times to "Cindy" at Claim UIF Now !! Eventually I went down to the Department of Labour to physically hand them in there. They were most helpful.

Now, eventually six months later my claim has been approved through no help from this so called "company". I could have done this all by myself with a much speedier result at no cost apart from petrol getting to the D.O.L.

I have been contacted by quite a few other people who have had the same experience with Claim UIF Now and "Cindy". I strongly urge anyone who becomes unemployed to stay clear of this lot unless you are keen to experience having R850-00 ****med from you when you can least afford it. I honestly believe that these guys are simply a ************ at work!!
