Worst service ever.

It has been 4 months of trying to submit my UIF claim, with no outcome. I have paid them, drop of all the documents as require. I even submit the e-file documents. Even after I received sms'e from the UIF offices they told me I can ignore the sms'e. Now my claim has been cancelled. After sending emails every day to get some feed back,no one has come back to me. My daughter is now 7 months with not no payment at all.<br>
