WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I don't even know where to start... From the start I had to send follow up after follow up email, and even after as much as 7 FU emails NO response. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they make promises they dont keep. I've been on matern leave for 5 months and Ive been back at work for the last 1.5 months and I still havent received my 2nd payment because a continuation of payment was never submitted (I found this out when I phoned dept of labour). After numerous emails and phone calls (once again which started end of June I still dont know if this was done because they dont bother to get back to me! I dont think Ive EVER been do frustrated by a service provider! PATHETIC!!!
