very poor service

Have been struggling, to get UIF from them, no gets back to you!!! you must Phoenix and email for days no answer from Marie cell. wrong information supp**** by the gets a stupid once of payment of R1900.00 because they supp**** wrong information. the blame the department of labor ask them who they dealing with no they cant say!!! i will rather go and stand in the ques next time then ever deal with them again!!! i will take this matter up with my lawyer as they cost us money!!! my wife had to go back to work so that we try and survive as claim4angels did not do their job! have all the emails and correspondence!
