Terrible Service - Possibly a Syndicate

I decided to use this company to assist with my UIF claim for maternity. Worst mistake of my life. 11 months later and I still have not received any proper communication regarding why my claim was not submitted within the given period and why now it has been declined by the Department of Labour. I am convinced that Marie is running a syndicate and taking money from innocent people who require assistance. If I knew then what I know now - I would've rather submitted the claim myself. <br> <br> They do not answer calls or respond to emails and become very defensive when pushed in a corner! I am considering taking legal action. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a company! <br> <br> I hope for her sake she will make sure that the relevant payments are made.
