Terrible Service

<p> Don't waste your time or money using this company, they are very helpful in the beginning, send you all teh forms, take your money, then noting from there on. My wifes form was not even submitted to the department, it took 4 weeks for this to be sorted out, then there was documentation missing, a number of calls and e mails to Marie, Hester and Kate, not one call was answered or one email responded too, the claim has now been cancelled by the department as they are waiting for documentation that I have been trying to submit . </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever!!!!</p>
