STILL NOT PAID UIF 9 months later!

I claimed for my maternity benefits in July 2014 and have still not been paid out by the pathetic services of Claim 4 Angels. When I ask what the problem is I am told its UIF offices, yet all of my friends who have claimed through different agencies have been helped and paid out. I am lost... I don't know what to do???? Constant contact to Marie has made no difference and I am not able to go through another agency as she has all my papers and I have paid her to provide a service!!!! Please LADIES, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!
