Quick on the money Slow on the service

I've mailed them to get info on how and what is needed to do a maternity UIF claim They were quick to respond so i paid and signed the mandate and received the documentation to complete. From there onward there was basically no service. I've mailed them the documents to check and let me know if everything is in order before i send the originals. Eventually got back an email saying nothing about the correctness of the documents but that i should bring it to them. This was about 3 months after i send the originals via mail to be checked so i took the originals through to them Which they checked on the spot and said everything is in order. About a week later i received an sms saying it will take 35 days before i receive response back. I did receive an sms about 35 days later saying my claim was rejected. When i Phoned the labor department I found it was rejected because the eg bank statements and proof of residents was older than 2 month which Claim4Angels checked and confirm it was still fine. They are no help in getting this resubmitted. This Entire process is running for 6 months now and still no money. They don't contact you or give you feedback on progress ... DO NOT USE THEM!!!
