Poor service

I paid Claims 4 Angels to do my UIF for me while I am on unpaid maternity leave. They were very responsive before I paid for the service just to get the payment, I dropped of my original completed document to them and according to them the documents were submitted to the UIF office on 18 June. If this was actually done I don't know. To date I have been calling and emailing and no response. This has now been almost 2 months and no response or payment received. I will be returning to work on Thursday and I have not received one UIF payment. <br> I understand if the UIF office are behind with their work but surely the agency who I pay to assist me should firstly be available when I call and secondly at least inform me what is going on.
