Poor poor service

Paid the admin fee was promised the moon and the starts.<br> No feedback received - we have to call them to hear whats going on.<br> We have to call the department of labour to find out what the progress is.<br> More than 3 months later no outcome - Not a single cent paid out for UIF.<br> We go into the UIF office ourselves only to find out no claim has been processed.<br> We call to request immediate service termination from Claim4angels as they want to submit a dispute for ever reason we are informed they refuse to provide us with written consent that they will no longer handle our claim...We never even asked for our money back we just want them to stop working on our claim. Their refusal to stop working on the claim makes one wonder whats really in it for them.<br> CLAIM4ANGELS: I do not recommend them at all, you struggle to get through to them, they take forever to respond..if they respond and when you call them and ask straight forward questions you are told you are nasty.<br> <br> POOR POOR SERVICE, KEEP YOUR ADMIN FEE AND STOP WORKING ON MY WIFES CLAIM IMMEDIATELY. Please send me confirmation in writing that you have adhered to my request.
