No Service or response

You cannot get through to company via phone, you only get voicemail. And no response to emails whatsoever. They take your money and do not deliver any service other than sending you documents to be completed. When docs needs to be collected as advertised, the courier service is not available and you have to pay another courier to deliver the paperwork to their offices. I would go to UIF myself, but they have all my original paperwork signed by my doctors. Cant even get through to ask for my paperwork back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
