No service and no response

I am currently in my fourth month of unpaid maternity leave and have not received any UIF claims, even though I made sure that all documentation needed was provided to Claim 4 Angels a month before I went on leave, that was 5 months back!! After numerous emails and enquiries I still have not received any feedback about my UIF claims!
