No Feedback,No answering of call,waste of money

last year I decided to use this company as my friend used to claim for maternity benefits but what I experienced was bad ,no feedback ,no answering of calls ,late time to respond to email.i paid this company to help as I was pregnant and tired but they were just useless to me .I was always told to call uif (which I thought it was their work) everytime I call them they don't answer .<br> <br> its over three months and I haven't been paid and worst part is they are telling me that my id copy ,bank statement and baby
