My view of Aukhurst Insurance

Hi Sir/Madam

I'm quite disappointed about my experience with with your claims department and as a result i blame the day I made a decision to use this company. i'm glad my friend has already dump you guys because you don't know why you exist. I expect you guy to be there when I need you but actual you only there on the 20th which you have to take my money. I never miss a payment even once but when it once time to claim i had to do your job call center guys. I than decided to cancel than claim because I can't be doing the job you suppose to be doing. the second time your teams ask me to go and request for the police report while other insurance companies collect them self. you want to push that cost to me? Why I'm actual paying you guys if you are useless like this. Next time please have consultancy who can think and apply their mindset when engaging not consultancy who will tell me about your rules. Empower your Consultant to be able to apply their mind set not consultancy who fail to understand customers views. It a matter of time until I divorce you guys and find another insurance company who knows what they are doing.
