LYING AND CHEATING ME OUT OF MONEY

we paid the fees requested, submitted all the forms. i kept getting sms's from the department telling me i was approved, then more sms's saying there was an issue. claim 4 angels assured me all was ok and i would receive my payment in 35 days......this was 2 months ago.<br> i just got another sms saying i was rejected totally. i cant call them as they wont answer the phone, can email as they dont respond.<br> <br> they assured me everything was going well and i must ignore the sms's and now it looks like i will not be getting anything.<br> thanks for nothing.....<br> <br> please dont use them ever
