I have never, in my entire life, experienced service, this BAD

Marie Brie, the owner are shifting off her responsibilities to Kate. And initially I felt sorry for Kate, but I have soon found that Kate is adapting her boss's terrible communication skills and POOR service. I think these people should just close their doors. I have lodged my UIF claim with them in April 2015. Its been a year. NOTHING YET.
