Failure to Deliver a Service Paid For In Advance

I engaged with Marie Bie from Claim 4 Angels in October 2014 in order to process a very simple UIF maternity claim. I provided her with all of the required original documents as requested and it is now one year since I paid them in full to process my claim. They do not respond to SMS's (which they initially suggested I do), they do not respond to emails (to date 40 and counting) nor do they respond to phone calls I am at my wits end and really don't know where to turn! I am still none the wiser as to whether my claim actually even made it to the department of labour. PLEASE DO NOT USE MARIE DE BIE FROM CLAIM FOR ANGELS. She is, in my opinion, a ***** who had no intention of processing my claim. With no paid maternity leave from my company I had re**** on receiving these funds. I am left bitterly disappointed and can only hope anyone considering using her services in the future, reads hello peter prior to doing so. I really wish I had warned me!
