FAILED TO COMPLETE MANDATE AND BAD ATTITUDE

A mandate was given to Claim4Angels to lodge a claim for UIF. The client waited 9 months and never received payment. When she called them, they **** to her. She knows they **** because when she followed up with the UIF offices, she got a different story. She finally approached an attorney and, only after they threatened Claim4Angels with legal action, did she receive payment. The UIF offices actually phoned the client and informed her that Claim4Angels had not lodged her claim timeously, but that, after they were threatened with legal action, they begged the UIF offices to make the payment and they did, as a favour to Claim 4 Angels. The UIF offices actually told the client to not make us of this or any of these agents again, they just waste your money. After they had failed to complete their mandate, Claim4Angels refused to refund the R350.00 paid to them to execute their mandate. Be warned!<br> <br> <br>
